Why founders join

One conversation. A month of content. A hiring magnet.

  • An asset you keep

A professionally produced long-form interview and clips you can use for months: on LinkedIn, on your careers page, in pitch decks and in sales follow-ups.

  • Employer brand and hiring

Candidates research founders. Your story helps you close them, and the hiring segment puts your open roles in front of Browsejobs-trained talent.

  • Trust with customers and investors

“Watch our founder’s story” is a strong link to send after a sales call or an investor meeting.

  • Done-for-you content

Recording, editing, clips, a carousel, quote cards and an article, all produced for you. Your total time is about two hours.

  • Distribution, not just production

Most founders can get a video made. Few can get it seen. Every Featured Founder episode comes with targeted ad promotion and reach reports.

  • A peer, not a presenter

Dr Krish is a working founder who hires, trains and places people every day. The conversation is peer to peer, with real questions about building a company and a team.

How it works

From application to day-45 report

  1. Apply

Tell us about you and your story. It takes two minutes, and it goes straight to WhatsApp.

  2. Discovery call

A 20-minute call to hear your story and check fit. We screen every applicant.

  3. Confirm your slot

A 50% advance confirms your recording date. The balance is due before the episode goes live.

  4. Pre-interview and record

A 30-minute story call, then a 45–60 minute conversation with Dr Krish, in our Whitefield studio or remotely.

  5. Publish and promote

The episode goes live with its paid-partnership label. Clips, posts and ad promotion follow over the next few weeks.

  6. Reach reports

You receive reach reports at day 15 and day 45, with screenshots from each platform.

Pricing

Simple, upfront and clearly labelled.

Featured Founder episodes are paid partnerships. Every paid episode and clip is labelled as one, in the title or description, out loud in the episode, and with each platform’s paid-promotion tools.

You pay for production and distribution, not for the host’s opinion. Dr Krish asks real questions.

For hiring leaders · Free editorial track

Lead hiring or people? Come on the show for free.

Some of our best conversations are with the people who decide who gets hired: CEOs, CHROs, heads of talent, GCC leaders and senior managers. Editorial episodes are never paid for, and there is no fee.

  • Guests are chosen for their story and what our audience of professionals and job-seekers can learn from it
  • A long-form conversation with Dr Krish about careers, hiring and leadership
  • The show keeps editorial control, as with every episode

FAQ

Straight answers

Is a Featured Founder episode paid?

Yes. Featured Founder episodes cost ₹60,000 + 18% GST and are clearly labelled as paid partnerships: in the title or description, in a spoken line at the start of the episode, and with each platform’s paid-promotion or paid-partnership tools. Editorial episodes, including those with hiring leaders, are never paid for.

How is the 1 million measured?

Our commitment is 1 million combined views and impressions over 45 days from the day the full episode goes live. We add up platform-reported impressions (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and views (YouTube, podcast platforms) for all the Featured Founder content we publish or promote. Collab posts on your own accounts count when you share their insights with us. No platform removes duplicates across platforms, so this is not a count of 1 million unique people. You get reach reports at day 15 and day 45, with screenshots from each platform.

Who owns the content?

The show owns the episode and its clips. You get a perpetual licence to reuse everything with credit, including the edited episode, every clip (with and without captions) and the raw camera files.

Who has the final edit?

The show does. You review the edit for factual accuracy and anything confidential, such as numbers that haven’t been announced, and we fix those. Keeping editorial control is what makes the show credible to viewers, and that credibility is what makes the episode work for you.

How does the 50% advance work?

A 50% advance of ₹35,400 (₹30,000 + 18% GST) confirms your recording slot. The balance is due before your episode is published. You receive a GST invoice for each payment.

Do you guarantee leads, hires or funding?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We commit to the deliverables and to 1 million combined views and impressions. We introduce relevant Browsejobs-trained candidates, and hiring decisions stay with you. Standard Browsejobs placement terms apply if you hire.

How much of my time does it take?

About two hours: a 30-minute pre-interview, around an hour of recording and about 15 minutes to check the edit for facts. We handle everything else.

Do I need to come to Bengaluru?

No. You can record in our Bengaluru studio or remotely, using a high-quality remote recording set-up.
